| This is a smallish, new, town centre pub which opened in 2013, but surprisingly it has managed to create the impression that it has been around for years. Very lively on a Saturday night, with a pianist knocking out modern hits with great gusto. An interesting mixed clientele,tending towards the well-heeled, and friendly bar stafff. I had an excellent pint of Butcombe, while Tribute and one other real ale were also on offer. If you haven't been here before, give this a try.
