Worth the walk up the High Street. Food quite good but Goose Eye bitter in poor condition. Moorhouses White Witch very good.

We went here a couple of times over the weekend. The Goose Eye Bitter wasn't on form but the Moorhouse was fine. Disappointed on the second visit to see Tetley on. Worth noting they do food Sunday evening, not easy to find round there.

Have stayed here 3 or 4 times over the last few years, lovely hotel, but also great food (lovely steaks - and breakfasts!), and some fine ales. Thoroughly recommended, and staff are so friendly too. And as for location, one of the loveliest villages in the UK.

Food very good, and Goose Eye and Osset Beers to give you a break from the Taylor's. Small bar, plenty of other rooms, a very nice pub if you can face the hill to get there.

Stayed at the Old White Lion on Valentines weekend. The hotel was excellent but that's another review for another site. As a pub, it was very good. A warm mix of locals and tourists, it serves excellent pub food, has a very good wine list and has some local ales on tap, as well as the usual pub favourites. The staff were warm, polite and very helpful, giving us tips about other restaurants and pubs in Haworth. It was by no means a party place but for a quiet drink with friends, it's one of the best pubs I've been to in ages.
