| Okay, lets keep the reviews on this one as wacky. I remember this as the Red Lion, it had champion pool teams, and I played bar billiards from here for one season. Will forever be grateful for the night I knocked the landlord up at 1am having run out of petrol on the way back from a Mods and Rockers meeting in Brighton, and he siphoned some two stroke from his lawnmower into my scooter to get me on my way ! tommo5 - 5 Aug 2011 22:24 |
| Met with friends for a lunchtime meal and ended up disappointed. Nothing particularly wrong with the drinks or food, it was just nothing special, service included. The staff did their best but it was clear this was a far from happy ship. And the beautiful barmaids mentioned in the last post must have been elsewhere on our visit!
