Popped in for a pint on the way back to hotel. Proper Job did not taste as it usually does in other pubs, and at £4.10!!!!. Live speedway on the TV was it's redemption.

Nice enough little boozer by the river Exe. Beers in ok condition and ok staff. Could be better.

Popped in here during a walk along the river.
Decent pubby interior with lots of different areas.
It was a gorgeous day so we sat out in the very reasonable beer garden which overlooks the river Exe.
My only complaint were that the pints were a tad on the expensive side.
Then again most pubs charge alot these days and you don't often get good views like here.

9/10

I spent a week in Devon for my birthday this year and this place was a highlight of the long trip from the USA. Had a couple of pints of Skinner's ales, which I found quite nice and a well kept Tribute also on offer. The locals were keen to chat and my wife and I had a fine afternoon here. The location is fantastic, along the river- can only dream of how beautiful this place is on a summer's day. Oh, to be back in England!
