| Been a few times over weekends. I'm not a fan of the city centre, but this bar is a nice place to go. No real ales, but a good pint of Bass smooth. My wife likes the cocktails so It keeps her happy! The music was ok when we were in last, but I suppopse it depends what you're looking for...the volume was just over the conversation level at about 9pm on a Saturday. | Small modern bar with an upstairs restaurant. Lots of comfortable seating although everywhere seems a bit cramped as there are too many seats for the available space really. No real ale of course just several lager fonts. The other half thought that the red wine was OK but not as good as some of the other places visited. Fairly loud �background� music which probably gets even louder later on. Lots of girlies in, it�s that sort of place. Not for me really, but the other half quite liked it.
