| Taken over by local couple in spring 2010, refurbed. Looks a lot fresher than it did in the past & decor in keeping with the age of the place. Everytime I've been in, ale has been good. My wife drinks their wine, all Adnams sourced & good quality. Stock Woodfordes, Adnams & various other ales. Sounds stupid, but gets my vote as the cleanest pub in the town! Decent crowd get in. All ages. Darts & pool, decent sized beer garden. No food, but word is they might try it later this year, although it doesn't bother me as I'm there for a good laugh and a few pints.
