| I thought this was a great pub. I see that there are a few bad experiences with food but our food was great. We were not intending on eating but were told at the bar that they had started a new menu and asked if we would like to have a look. | Rubbish. We ordered a platter for �12.99 and it was ridiculously small. A quarter of a sausage, some old lettuce leaves, burnt white sliced bread (rustic apparently), and not much else. It's like a horrid All Bar One but not as good. laurafarmer - 16 Jul 2009 09:36 |
| had lunch in here , not good at all , I have been in here a few times but this was a particularly bad visit , slow service, short poured pints and generally not good at all. this place should be the best in town , the site is amazing but it allways seems to struggle to to get out of the lower divisions. | Tell your friends...really friendly helpful staff who actually give table service...even just for drinks!Mellow vibe, good tunes and comfy ambience. Pretty busy on Friday night (we thought the doorman was great, opened the door for us as we arrived and left and wished us well) but an awesome place to chill away the weekend.
