| Large Wetherspoons pub with only 1 guest beer to supplement the Ruddles Best & Abbot. The guest was Jennings Sneck Lifter. There were plenty of beers 'coming soon'. Neither of the 2 cider/perry pumpclips displayed were on. Instead, they had Westons Vintage Organic. The pub is large, but was very quiet early on a Sunday afternoon. | Popped in after officiating a football match. There was a very warm atmosphere with plent of regulars and the rugby crowd in. Service was efficient and a fab range of ciders. Would visit again when next in the area. dr_of_the_all_dayer - 27 Oct 2008 18:42 |
