| well after visiting the fleece inn 2 weeks ago ( see my last review) i found that landlord has moved to the pear tree. and my word what a great little pub!! he has turned it into a steakhouse and i have to say one of the best steaks i have had in years. | Things have really improved here of late. A decent range of well served local ales all in fine fettle, the Uley Pigs Ear being very good indeed. Also complimented by 3 "real" ciders in Thatchers Cheddar Valley & Black Rat and Weston's Old Rosie. Landlady very friendly and good at her job, locals also friendly too.
