| Brains brewery gastro pub on the A38 just outside of Thornbury. A decent range of brews inc usually Brains bitter, Reverand James + guest. Also Thatchers Cheddar Valley real cider on draught - don't let the electric pump fool you. Nice garden areas at back, so long as there are not too many kiddies in the place it's an alright place for a decent drink. Food oriented of course if you just want to drink but if you don't visit until after 21:00 like myself then it's not too bad at all compared with most pubs in the area. MisterX - 2 Sep 2008 15:24 |
