| Olde worlde pub tucked away off the main road in the village of Yanwath. Seems to specialise in food. But they had a selection of pale ales - Tractor Shed Mowdy Pale Ale, Eden Fuggle & Appleby Haweswater Blonde. I was hoping to find a real cider. But there were none. | Dropped in for a bite to eat Saturday evening quite an upmarket menu so I settled for the Rabbit on the specials board and the better half opted for the Dover Sole food was very good tried a couple of local ales which were ok This place needs to decide if its a pub or a class eatery it doesn't have the feel of a local or a restaurant No complaints about the food or the service very attentive staff prices were I thought a little on the pricey side whippet - 14 Aug 2011 17:28 |
