| Reopened in 2013 after a 2-year closure and now a popular wet pub with hop-festooned bar and timber framing. We visited 3 times during our weekend in Clare; on our first visit the 3 handpulls were London Pride (£4.20), Colchester Sweeney Todd and Mauldons Silver Adder but the Sweeney Todd had been replaced by Lacons Encore 2 days later.
