| A well hidden little gem of a pub. I have visited Dawlish, probably, hundreds of times but never fouind this pub. Tucked down a little street close to the Station, along with the Railway. Both pubs having very old style signs streaching across the (narrow) street. The Exeter has a large menu and Shandy Chica and I both enjoyed the Steak and ale pie. Large portions and very tasty. Really good to proper chips on offer. That is out of a spud, not a bag in the freezer. Well kept pint of Henry's IPA to go with it. Cosy interior with exposed beams and bags of character.
