| My girlfriend and me stopped here intending just to have a drink but stayed for dinner. It definately feels more of a restaraunt than a pub and the menu is very typically brit-pub! The food was good though and the staff quick and efficient. I cant say I'd go out of my way to return but it was a decent enough place to refuel. jcosby - 23 Oct 2012 16:41 |
| Yes it�s difficult to find � keep going right to the end of the road. Also it appears to be in a rough area and looks a bit iffy from the outside � we nearly didn�t go in but once inside it was fine. We were made welcome � only ones in at about 5pm but it soon filled up. Yes it�s more for eating although the beer was excellent albeit a very limited choice. | We stopped at the Riverside - it is a little hard to find but worth the journey. A little difficult to get in - they could make the doorways more welcoming. I would say though that the staff were fantastic and very welcoming. We all had a roast dinner and it was superb and well priced. If I was down in that area again I would not hesitate to visit.
