| This was by far my favourite pub in Stow. All the rest being dull as dishwater hotel bars. Like most of the pubs in the area, it's a Donnington Brewery pub, so don't expect a vast range of ales ... only the usual 2 being Donnington's S.B.A and B.B. Inside it has a nice old fashioned (no music) pub feel to it. There's a nice seating area out the back by the outside toilets. It's only concrete ... not turfed or anything, but they have tried to spruce it up a bit with various plants and herb plants. | This is the most traditional pub in Stow. Plenty of atmosphere and the one that locals talk about more than any other. A friendly atmosphere and even more friendly resident dog!
