| Popped in to watch football on Sky - rare to find a real ale pub with Sky these days. Pleasantly surprised as although it felt more like a club than a pub the locals were friendly, the barmaid was very pleasant and they had the full Arkells range including the Wiltshire Gold, which was in good order. I have to admit that I am not a mad Arkells fan (as been served some bad uns in another outlet in Cricklade) but the Gold is a decent pint and well kept at the OB. mikey64 - 13 Sep 2011 22:20 |
