| Once the pride of Rice Lane where both the public and Local Musicians and Footballers drank has sadly declined into a pub which houses some of the most roughest drinkers in Walton. It wasn't always the case, The Anne once prided itself as Tetleys "Premier" Pub within North Liverpool, but since being sold to Punch, it's been mis-managed for years. Only recently after a 5yr spell did the TV Screen return, and with only two lagers on tap, and no-name spirits to sell, The Anne is in decline.
