NEWS! It's been taken over by the chef who used to work there, and he's done it up all by himself since August, and it looks much, much better. Even better he is out pricing the New Inn and hopefully will put such a dent in their trade that they will have to review their prices. New name for the Vinyard lodge is tHurst..good innit?

August 2012 - Closed down looks like it's being refurbished. There is something fundamentally wrong with this place, it should be able to succeed, good location (closest premises to large car park), good garden, village full of alcoholics. But, no one seems to be ble to make it work. The last lot had no clue how to run a licensed premises.

Under new management - again..... Now rebranding as an American diner retaining the name of the previous Tex Mex - The Three Amigos. This place has lots of potential, nice garden, very friendly staff and locals, no crisps though. Cheapest thing to eat is Nachos - or it was about a month ago - 5. That's no good is it? Needs decent bitter, move the bar so there is more seating at the wider part of the building, and attract drinkers not eaters. Good luck to the new owners...Harveys should do it....
