| This is one of our locals for work lunchtimes. Car park can get very busy Thurs/Fri lunchtime. Good selection of beers including Rebellion IPA, Morland Old Spekled Hen & Shepherd Neame Spitfire. Spitfire in good order on last visit. Always worth ringing ahead to reseve a table and they welcome pre-ordered food by phone at busy times. Food portions are great and good quality. | Tried it out on the basis of the reviews below. A good pint of Old Speckled Hen. Good value menu for bar snacks and 'pub classic' dishes, but not a place for foodies. Piped music rather obtrusive.
