Without doubt the worst pub I`ve ever eaten in this is a unbelivable joke I actually found mouse dropping (or rat) in my food and when I had a word with the awful manager/owner she snarled and told me to F**k off. Beware of this pub at all costs

Horrible bland gastro-pub serving over priced and unsatisfying food. We drove out into the peaks especially from Sheffield to visit this place following the high ratings on here.... we were vastly dissappointed. The pub is decorated like a Starbucks on the inside.. outside there are some tables overlooking a busy road junction. The beer was average at best, reasonably kept but an uninspiring selection mainly of Banks. Not worth the high ratings given on here, methinks this has got ratings from the staff! Avoid, steer clear! (unless you are a 60+ woman with NO taste for public houses/beer/scenery/decently priced food) You have been warned.

Whenever we come to Derbyshire we call at the Eyre Arms for a meal the food is without doubt the best and we would recommend it to anyone.

Nice, well kept, beer and giant food proportions, have a starter only unless you are Big Daddy ! Friendly service

Dropped by for a quick drink today and loved it. Great, helpful staff, cheap drinks and its nice to see some locals in pubs nowadays.

Will be returning to this place again!
