| Apparently this venue (formerly The Black Swan / The Compleat Angler) was a major music venue going back to at least the 1970s and beyond and attracted some top line bands of the time. | Very good gig venue, and usually has a couple of local beers on handpump (Pale Rider and Moonshine last time I was there). The beer is perhaps a little pricey but still better than most gig venues. valleyofbeer - 10 Aug 2009 16:06 |
| Pretty sure this is only open during gigs. Service as good as you could expect, and reasonable beer. More tables than most live music venues, but toilets usually a mess.
