Nothing to add to previous reviews - this really shouldn't be known as "Craft Bar @ The Salisbury Arms". An uninspiring font range and a choice of 2 canned beers (one of which was an American IPA for £3 brewed by Thwaites in Blackburn) is poor for somewhere trying to pretend it's "craft". Suggest they go to Islington and see how it should be done. Voted with our feet and left pretty swiftly and the lack of other customers suggested we might not have been the first to reach a negative conclusion about this place.

The Salisbury Arms is probably not my sort of pub as a tourist; too cool by half, hipster staff, artisanal beers. But there was something that got me, maybe the blues music, maybe the witty bar bloke or maybe the beer (Meantime Yakima) though at 4.55 it was close to the dearest pint I had in my 6 week UK tour. Whatever, I found myself enjoying the place.

Well it wan't a fluke the 1 ale remains good and staff were friendly.

I agree this is not a 'craft pub' not with only one real ale on tap (GEM - very nice though), but it's clean, hospitable and was quite full on my last friday visit. I did have to ask the barmaid to top up our pints though, there was so much 'head' on it and at these process I want a full pint I am afraid! Fine as part of a crawl.
