Pleasant enough bar which does do beer on pump (Oakleaf Hole Hearted at present). Good music as well. Decor is faintly 80s but that is what you might expect in that part of town. We had a good time.

Good music at times (Friday nights especially), but it has a bit of a trendy 'in-crowd' feel about it which lets it down. Prices are also reidiculously high, but I suppose that is the norm for this end of town.

Smart bar and friendly service, upmarket feel about the place and the prices(unfortunately) but thats what you get in the heart of the Arcadian area, since Oneills closed all near by bars have high prices. Must say tho good lager selection here and nice crowd

Went in there last week and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff and customers were. Even to a cockney git like me, am used to people in other parts of the country being a bit hostile to Londoners, so this was a nice change.

Beer was alright, can't really go wrong with Grolsch can you? Saw one of the worst bands in history, think they were called the Vehicles. Don't think any of the band members had met each other before. But all in all, a smashing gaff. It might have helped that I got it together with the girl of my dreams that night. So hopefully will be up in Brum and in Poppy Red a lot more often.
