| had a day trip to southport,mega-busy! (southport is great if you love continuous clothes shops). was looking for a bit of sanity and found it in the 'coronation bar'. a lovely pub,friendly staff and a terrific menu at very reasonable prices. wonderfully cooked too to a higher standard than what you would expect from a bar lunch. good selection of beers and spirits too. an absolute gem in the middle of 'shopping chaos' in this town. just a couple of minutes walk from tourist information centre. so gents let your women trapse round the boring busy shops and you relax in the coronation. you wont be dissappointed. hendrixlives - 9 Sep 2012 15:09 |
