| The pub seems like it's closed down. There's still a sign outside advertising Sunday roasts and the like, but the place was closed up, the leadlight window on the door was broken and - peeking through - the place was empty. The lawns were very overgrown too. Pity... I'd just walked 16km through Epping Forest and was soaking wet from a sudden downpour and was gasping for a pint. :-( da_cameron - 5 Jun 2010 19:02 |
