The Blue has gone and housing of some kind is springing up in its place.

What a lovely pub. Clive was extremely helpful ( what a nice man) and the food and wine were delightlful. We had a most enjoyable visit. Thank you Clive and your team for your hospitallity. Can't wait to come again.

Sad to report the Blue has been closed for around a year now. Plans to demolish the building and construct housing in its place are currently (June 2009) before the planning authority.

The True Blue has new licencees, Keith and Samantha (Sam). They are working hard to make this the best pub in Littlehampton.

Almost every Saturday night there is either a disco or live band. On Sundays the locals gather with their families and the atmosphere is lively and fun.

The kids are catered for with computer games and XBox and they can play giant Connect 4 and Giant Jenga.

This pub has a good base of regulars who appreciate the work and effort that Keith and Sam have put in to make the True Blue a great place to be in.

Working men's pub (with the emphasis on men's; women and children put in an occasional apppearance, and are treated like royalty) where the air is often blue but it's all good humoured. Behind an undeserved reputation as a troublespot lies a good, honest neighbourhood boozer.
