| Best pub of the 3 visited in Worthing by me and my group on a Saturday evening. Sitting back from the Main Road this traditional 19th Century Inn has everything. Mix of clientle, decent Harvey's beer on tap, bar billards, friendly atmosphere and 2 jolly owners / managers (not sure which was which). There was a disco on the night we came in and the music was just at the right level so not to intrude with our conversations which to be honest was mostly about the music but a great way to finish a Saturday night out. | Traditional unspoiled pub with a great atmosphere. Top-line bar billiards is played here. And we always get a good welcome, good music too... Gets a '10' from me. tommo5 - 30 Jul 2011 22:01 |
