I had the misfortune to order a veggie burger here recently. It consisted of a frozen burger slapped in a 'plastic' bread bun - dry, dull and totally lacking in any care. The chef and management should be ashamed. This is the worst kind of pub food. I could have made the same thing at home for 30 pence.

Nice pub and thankfully met a really nice bartender after first being served by what I can only call a dyed blonde hair chav cow who rather bark a price than tell you what wines were being served. The food was ok the chili fries were spicy to say the least. I don't really think I'd go back unless I was in the area (like down the road). The history of the place was ok but they need staff all like the one bartender that was nice and all conversation.
