| If you love snooker, then this is the place for you! 3 full size and well kept snooker tables are upstairs (the only down side being you have to hog your pints up the stairs and do the same again for each refill). | a good pub with snooker upstairs, lounge with weekend entertainment & late licence, public bar with plasma screen premier plus matches, all sport and first class pool table. very friendly customers and plesent helpfull staff. drink resonable price.couldnt find a nicer pub to spend an evening landlord very friendly. dont see y his dissability hada been brought up. great pub best in the town. give it a try. anonymous - 29 Sep 2006 16:16 |
| Recently refurbed with snooker upstairs and separate lounge & bar downstairs. What lets it down is its god-awful clientele who sit round the bar, blocking the way, and the rather unfriendly (think he's deaf too) landlord. Try the White Horse instead. anonymous - 31 May 2006 22:50 |
