| Yeah, it closed last year, suddenly and without ceremony. I didn't realise for a while because everything was left just as it was with all the posters up and so on, but after a while I started to think "hang about there's never anyone in there". | This is a very casual easy going suburban pub. The owner comes out from behind the bar and has a drink and is friendly, and remembers you if you have been in recently. Got a couple of long tables for a group catch up, a decent pool table that is not too busy. The locals who drink here look a little hard but are friendly. ephemeron - 21 Jun 2006 08:28 |
