Just re-opened 4 days ago as The Oak after plenty of business failures at this site. On first impressions has lots of positives - until you meet the staff.
If you don't tell 'Tommy' that you want to sit down (no communication tells you this) you will be thrown off your table whilst preference is given to people he prefers. Happy to take your money, whilst having no standard beer on tap (run out already) then offer the rudest service. Will not return. Gets rating only for the appearance of the Pizzas but would get 0 for attitude.

Went here on a Saturday night for a friends Birthday, had a great time. Cosy candlight decor and open until 2am with a DJ playing tunes with a jazz vibe if i remember rightly!

Went in recently and the bar staff ignored our party for 15mins and served people who arrived after us first. This was on a Tuesday night. Disgraceful. Ridiculously expensive drinks, full of people wearing YSL shirts. If you are a sloane it is the best place in the area for you, for everyone else, head to the Eagle on Askew Road
