Service was abysmal, the barmaids who served me were both bloody rude and horrible. The Kronenburg tasted of gnats piss and made me feel ill for hours even though I only had half of it.it tasted like it was five years old skoll. No wonder it was cheap. The other punters were rude. Bloody horrible place.

Popped in here a few times recently when staying across the road on business, typical Spoons joint, lots of all day older punters with crutches and neck braces...are they a Spoons fashion statement or what...but you know, I actually really liked it...great beers and ciders at prices that must make the competition weep with envy...also decent good cheap pub grub served with grace and a smile.
Will be back.

An improvement over All Bar One which was here before but a very middling JDW as previously described. Busy because it's cheap, as a result it attracts the old Wishing Well crowd who are all short of a bath.
