| Arrived here for a quick pint and was pleasantly greeted by the bar staff. Very friendly. Several people eating what looked good quality food. 3 or 4 standing at the bar. The decor is pretty dark but the premises had a nice relaxed feel. Four real ales on. Peatland IPA Dark Island, Jarl and Schiehallion plus several beers, ciders and lagers on tap. Dark Island was on top form. Toilets small and old but spotless. Next time I am in the area I will make sure I visit again. droggs - 11 Mar 2016 14:30 |

| a pub i not been in for over 20 years bar on one side with a large open plan drinking area were last time i had been in was 2 diffrent bars with seprate doors had 2 handdraw beer and a couple of other beer one which i tried a scottish beer from edinburgh a craft brewery beer. only wanted a half but the barman said the beer was very strong strength was very expensive at �3-15 for half a pint..did not try food as not the time but the would have the various cheeses sounded good forestwood - 1 Feb 2012 18:13 |
