| Good choice of beers, but I don't like the layout. It seems to be a traditional snug, bar and lounge boozer that has had some of the internal walls ripped out to make it open-plan. I can't help feeling it would have been much better if left alone. Fuchsia coloured walls and patterned wallpaper too. Nice. | Good choice of beers, all from independent breweries. House beer from Empire Brewery (200yds along the canal) is only �1.90 a pint. Railways station 5 mins up the hill and a bus stop for Huddersfield very close. arihall - 4 Nov 2010 18:41 |
