This pub is DISGUSTING and would easily fall in the top 10 worst pubs in the country. I've posted before. No customer service, disgusting, dirty premises, severe lack of places to sit. Disgusting toilets. Horrible looks by the rough locals....sorry I'm not a snob (but they are). Drunk by 2pm? Not good. Drinks not being registered through the till? No decor anywhere including the walls? Blinds closed, even in broad daylight - people smoking INSIDE the pub...how are they getting away with it..it's 2011!!!! Sort it out people.....it's not deserving of 2.1/10 never mind 5.1!!!!!

No better than when the last reviewer was here. The only beer on draught was Fosters - although they had pumps marked Stella, Boddingtons and Guinness the barmaid made it clear they never actually served them. The only bottles were also lager - I plumped for Stella as better than nothing. No food at all even on a weekday lunchtime despite there being several industrial premises nearby.

This is easily the worst pub I have ever been to. I was out for a walk with a friend and decided to call in one Sunday afternoon. The locals shall we say gave us a very unfriendly and disapproving look even before we'd set foot in the place. It didn't get any better. Customers were smoking inside the pub. We visited in 2010 so the owners are breaking the law letting their punters smoke. Also, drinks weren't being rung through the till as the till lay open the whole time we were there. No pictures or decorations on the wall. Was approached by a very drunken woman around 3pm who made quite a fool of herself. She was there with her family, lots of whom were smoking. It was smelly, the service was unfriendly and I would never set foot in the place again. The cafe around the back looked like a real greasy spoon with a dirty paddling pool outside and an overturned children's swing. I wouldn't drink in this place, let alone eat in it. Won't be recommending it. Stay well clear. Also on a final note the cars for sale around the back look really dodgy. Enough said.
