| The Cricketers is a large frendly pub that boasts the best beer garden in the area. A family run pub with a great atmosphere. This is the only place to watch the football with 2 big projection screens, one of which is situated outside (weather permiting). | Large, lively sort of pub close to Dover Athletic Football Club. London Pride and Spitfire on handpump. Convenient for football on match days, friendly enough but overall nothing out of the ordinary. Incidentally Crabble Cricket Ground, from which the pub presumably gets its name, and where Kent CCC used to play matches, is now a rugby ground instead. Rich66 - 20 Aug 2005 22:52 |
