I would give this place negative stars if I could.
The staff were extremely rude to everyone all night and as we stopped on the way out to complain to the manager, we were told we could not stay in the hallway. When we told the bouncers that we were just waiting for our friend (she was talking to the useless manager), they manhandled us for no apparent reason. I was physically pushed out of the place (I'm a harmless skinny girl) and my other friend was pushed down the stairs and thrown on the floor by three massive blokes. None of us were drunk, abusive or confrontational. It came completely out of the blue! That had to be an example of the worst customer service in the world.
We were so shocked by their brutal behaviour, we went to the police station by Charing Cross station to complain. They recommended that we put in an official complain with the local council - please, do the same if this happened to you! Don't let these guys get away with assault!

They lost my coat: it was on the cloakroom and they handled it to another customer. It was this last 1st of January, they wanted me to go home like that! The security staff and the Manager were so rude that I wholeheartedly recommend you not to go to this place. As a matter of fact, they didnt want to speak to me, either they asked to a MALE to talk to.

Their customer service is such a rubbish that is everything but a service or a place to go for fun.
I am still trying to get in touch with them and they even dont answer my emails or phone calls.
It is the worst service I have ever received.

Where to start???? Well having the misforture to have gone to this tourist honey pot when it was called Red Cube, I was semi prepared for the horrid experience myself and other people in our group had to endure. Firstly 2 per item for the clockroom so my jacket and scarf was 4, My friends Birthday presents racked up another 10 (5 small bags you see). The bar interior is tatty tired and cheap ,which possible could sum up the bar staff also. The bar was poorly stocked, badly managed and lacking in any kind of positve customer service. The meal was pre ordered but they still managed to to mess up the starters and mains, The quality of the food was substandard as was the presentation. One bowl of veg for 22 people is not on.The food would have been ok in a pub for a third of the price. Watch them too because they tried to tell us the house wine was run out so we had to go for a different wine. The wine list itself was also very poor.
Oh and then we were told to F**k OFF when we tried to get our jackets early. A really horrid place.

People go here because they think its a fancy funky night spot in the heart of London-However its not, its dreadful. Dont go as tourists, dont go as a Stag or hen group and dont go if you are sane. A real disapointment

myself and two friends turned up at this place for a friends birthday only to be turned away at the door by two of the worlds most rude bouncers. the manageress was unhelpful and indeed quite abusive explaining that we were a liability and a danger to her club (we're medical students for christs sake! we were well dressed and polite the entire time!). evidently this was a badly disguised ruse for charging us the extortionate entry fee by telling us to return after 10.
because it was a friends birthday and we wanted to make an appearance, we went away for a coffee and returned an hour later only to be told by the bouncers to "f off". that phrase sums up perfectly the attitude of the staff and of the club as a whole. i will certainly never EVER be spending my money in that place, and would suggest likewise to anyone else considering this place

Thought it was a nice enough bar until we where handed plastic wine glasses that looked 10 years old and made me feel like a 3 year old.

Eventually went up to the restaurant and put in a order to a disinterested waiter, waited over a hour for food even though there was only the 4 of us and another couple. Finally got our food and it was so poor we had to send 2 meals back which could not be replaced because we waited so long we had to get to the theatre. Will never go back and strongly recommended if you are thinking of going to go somewhere else.
