| The pub has now been refurbished, and has a great atmosphere. There is live music on a Thursday night, and food is served on a Monday evening. They also have a Long alley Skittles room which you can hire at a reasonable cost. There is an outside smoking area, as well as a childrens area. skittler - 19 May 2008 19:52 |
| on visiting this pub i found that it needs updating and i didn't like the ripped seats to the right of the main door as you walk in or the dirty carpet the drinks are ok and we had a meal which was nothing special and more of a o.a.p meal than anything with under average portions I wouldn't eat there again but would probably go back in 5 years or so to see if anythings changed lisa8857 - 8 Apr 2008 13:01 |
| This pub is very friendly Lunchtime they have two sittings 12.00 and 1.00 and get very booked up - it is the best cooked fresh food at a really good price - great english dishes, roast beef, roast lamb, shepherd's pie, steak and ale pies, etc etc, and real puddings!
