user reviews of the Cavendish Arms, Hatfield

please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

This place is for chavs, druggies, drunks, layabouts, slags, yobs, thickos, weirdos, criminals etc. They do 'lock ins' for after-hour drinking.

It was pretty quiet in here during my week night visit, but the barman was very friendly and the locals liked gossiping about people that werent there.

The pub has Sky Sports and a pool table and, as mentioned in a previous post, there is a disco and karaoke every weekend.

Greene King IPA is available alongside a standard draught selection, but unfortunately my Guinness wasnt the best.

I wasnt impressed with this place, but it was very quiet and I could see the potential for a good craic so I think that Ill reserve judgment until after another visit.

This is my local pub. I moved into the area with my family a year ago and I have seen this pub turn around in the last 6 months, the landlord and landlady have spent a lot of time and money making The cavendish Arms a very family orientated pub. They have regular entertainment at the weekends, disco's,live music and Kareoke. My husband hasalso joined the dart time on a Thursday night. All in all this is a fantastic pub.

Local estate style boozer, had a refurb fair few months back. Good pints, pool table, real local feel.
