| Visited this pub recently to watch the footie on TV. Pub wasn't particularly busy yet the three bar staff on duty that night must have forgotten they had customers in the lounge bar as they rarely made themselves available choosing instead to stand at the front bar and chat to their friends and each other. I got sick of waiting for a refill and after waiting what must have been 10 minutes I decided I would go to the Ship instead. | very big place... usually packed... darts, snooker, pool tables...beer garden... not very friendly people or staff... noisy and stinky place... almost no malts... very popular- but I have no idea why.... Pour1Malt - 13 Mar 2006 11:22 |
