Youngs pub that appears to have gone a bit upmarket and appears to be more for diners... A days strolling around Richmond Park led to lunch at The Albert. A a curious pub... Not a bad pub. more details... Name: The Royal Borough Arms [CLOSED] Address: 20 Park Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, KT2 6BE Not really a bar at all, more of a restaurant. As soon as it gets busy in the evening... Visited last friday, what a fantastic spot, great for a beer and some tapas, my friend... Great to walk down Park Road and not see or hear the expected rabble of little oiks... As a local resident, any change to the old Borough Arms which rids the neighbourhood...
