Not as bad as some previous reviewers say but nothing special. Like much of Clapham - bland, expensive and part of a chain.

No character cr*p staff and f*ck all going for it

I believe they are owned by fullers but could be wrong. Honey Dew and Pride Keg versions. Not much character but ok if you have to go with others.

I know this sounds fickle from my previous comment but this bar is actually cr*p sorry went in there stone cold sober and realised its up there with the calf and the sun in being well shite!

OK - does what is expected of a Fine Line. Like much of Clapham very little character and expensive. I guess good for some

Not much going for it except for it's location, though ok enough for a couple of pints.

Go to The White House down the road for a good evening out instead.

I had a birthday drinks party at this pub in March and everyone had a great time. There were about 20 of us and we took up the couches on the platform bit at the back, it was perfect. It started at around 2pm so it wasn't too busy but it was PACKED by the time we left at midnight (although by that stage I didn't care as you can imagine). I would definitely recommend it for a party.

agree with the below comment dont go there of the evening its not bad for a saturday lunchtime beer food is good.
staff seem to think they're too cool to be friendly though but still worth a look.

Erm... if you dont want to go to a pub packed with people on their way to a cheesy nightclub then dont go out in the middle of Clapham on the weekend. Seems obvious to me. Still a nice bar.

Gross!!! no atmosphere, and yes pre infernos desperados.

I didnt even know the doubles were doubles couldnt taste any alcohol with all the ice in the drink. No atomosphere in here, dull but clean

Friday night a nightmare. All the pre-Inferno's crowd slam in. Barely room to breathe.

Pretty good for a main stream bar. The food is very good and presented well. Being a fuller's bar you can at least get a pint of Pride in their if you dont want lager and although it gets very busy at the usual times the air conditioning is top notch so it doesnt get too uncomfortable.

Hmm, trying to be cool but not quite getting there. The foods good but it's a fairly standard menu.

wetherspoons for snobs

Mostly uninspiring - and that annoying habit of serving doubles unless otherwise requested. Enjoyed the DJ though.
