My friend and i came in for lunch on one afternoon, the menu from outside looked delightful, local and enticing. Unfortunately the food we received was possibly the worst we have ever had. I ordered sausage and mash, the mash was lumpy, no seasoning or butter and the sausages were cheap and nasty. My friend ordered burger and chips, which again was cheap and horrible meat with undercooked, cheap value chips, presentation also was very dissapointing. The meals were only a fiver each but this is no excuse for such poor quality, the cook who works here really shouldnt be cooking for themselves, never mind in a proffessional kitchen. Atmosphere and service were very good though.

Never fails to disappoint.
Have recently started selling real ales, like it's sister bar, Revise.
Both extremely poor quality.

This and the sister bar REVISE are warm and welcoming with reasonable priced drinks and friendly staff who you can catch flittering between the two bars! definate must for anyone thinking of drinking in chorlton! make sure you check out revise too.

Not bad, comfy sofa's. Nice drinks. Good atmosphere. But i prefer next door.
