please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

Went here on a Sunday evening to see a local rock band play. The pub is well laid out with a good selection of drinks & food, tea, coffee etc if required.I found the pub to be very clean and well kept, the bar area in particular.Ok so it's slighty more expensive than some places but this is Tunbridge Wells and not Dartford. The bar staff were friendly but not too keen to serve when it got quite busy-which for a nice well staffed pub I didnt understand. This would normally be a weekend pub-club type place- perhaps that has relevence with it being a sunday evening. So would I use it again?-yes but not with the younger teen crowds on a Friday night.Anyway,it is well run so give it as go!

Nothing special a very ordinary pub nothing going for it but saying that better than pitcher and piano not that is difficult

As someone else has said not a bad place for a couple while on route elsewhere. Lacks any real atmosphere to make you stay.

Used to be better as the Charles Stapley before the money men came in and ripped out the traditional fittings. The pubs in the Pantiles area are still worth a visit.

The DJ on a thursday night(DJ Clubfoot) was great but they stopped him when the new guys came in. He used to play loads of cool indie.

It is a poor version of P+P

good place to go if you are looking for somewhere to add to your pub crawl list, was with a few friends there a month ago and it seems as though the blokes have nothing to do than lie about what they do in order to impress the girls there!!(chris - if that is your real name! first of all at 22 you are too young to be an architect, and second of all we are chartered surveyors so we saw right through you, and was just playing along with you!) how sad are you???!?!?

Great Staff, Clean, Pool table, sofas, live jam night on a wednesday, comedy and regular Dj's on week end nights. Great place to visit. Needs to close later to be even more better!

Great fun pub - A hidden gem in Tunbridge Wells! Great friendly staff, the music and atmosphere on a Friday or Saturday night is A1. Makes a change for T Wells and beats Davinchi's anyday. GO THERE!!

Friendly staff, who i've been told work on skates, not seen it yet though, and the sofas are great!!

Off the beaten track, beer a little expensive but great food. Nice to eat at on a Sunday with comfortable leather sofas, pool table and generous fruit machines (In my experience!)
