Handy for that last drink in Macclesfield as the bus stop for Buxton is outside. As others have said, a pleasant tradition pub and friendly service.

Traditional Holts Station pub with friendly service. Good place to start a crawl stright off the train.

Had a full breakfast there today and it was amazing value, more than I could eat for �4, and very friendly staff - Highly recommended

much better than before....this pub can never fail because you can see the train station from the window....hope springs eternal! There is a way out!

Been done up very recently and its pretty good. I don't know what its like in the evenings but is a good spot for some all-day drinking. I reckon this place will eventually do ok, maybe pulling in some of the Millstone crowd.

This pub is brilliant . It has amasing live local bands . very very god . also very cheap beer , the best pub in cheshire - perhaps the world !

One of the dodgiest pubs in Macclesfield, its the nearest pub to the railway station so it usually attracts the wrong sort of people from the station. However, if you want to go for a quiet beer waiting for a train its never to busy and the prices of beer are some of the cheapest in Macc.
