This pub was THE place to be in the mid-late 60's - full of mods and reverberating to the sounds of Motown. The room at the top was OUR disco, visited by kids from all over the Midlands, especially the guys who went to the Mojo and the Wheel. Thanks for the memories...

A newly refurbished public house which has not been spoilt by modernising! A country pub surrounding in a town centre. Lovely home made food available. Pool tables are FREE and the staff are soooo friendly. definately will go back. The home made food is lovely and the real ale is out of this world (try the black sheep)
