Awful. Totally empty on a Saturday night, soon found out why. Rough, aggressive Guv and strange wirey woman sidekick with too much make up on couldn't have made me feel more ill at ease. Because it was so quiet I'm certain they were attempting to be friendly but instead came over as creepy and threatening. Couldn't get out quick enough. Avoid.

An absolute disgrace. I'd not used the pub for 3 or 4 years as have been working abroad. It was filthy, gents loos appalling. The landlord got through at least 4 cans of strong cheap lager during the 30mins or so I bothered to stay, eyes glued to watching some constant drivel on the Freeview TV or whatever channel. This used to be a bright, wine-bar style place so was a real shock. A wasted opportunity - the "garden" is a real mess now, could be a little goldmine due to its location and the closure of so many pubs in Gravesend centre. To absolutely avoid at all costs, I'm afraid. Shame a pub with such a history is being run into the ground. Ghastly.

A grubby shithole full of wankers.

Anyone who has spent time in a prison cell will appreciate this tiny, filthy excuse for a pub with staff clearly coked out of their heads from the cocaine they do ON THE BAR!!

The landlord is exactly like a caged animal, pacing the place and looking to mark his territory and on any female (accompanied or otherwise) foolish enough to enter his domain.

Do yourself a favour, don't even look at this pub. It's rank.

Cramped, one room joint. Few tables and fewer chairs, Populated by Neds and NEEPS. Bellowing racist cretin at the bar one week day afternoon when I sampled the gaff. Charming send off before I tripped the rails fantastic out of Gravesend. Assumed my ordering of Guinness was a coded intimation of tacit interracial relations, owing to his (it's) ostensible grief with a Pakistani woman in the nearby Tesco. Simpering staff behind the bar indulged him (his wife?). Streak-of-piss with a cancered jaw cackled at his every sexual demotic. Went for a slash in the blocked bogs and this weasel followed me in to watch. Downed the pint and left. What a barrel of gash. Expect the BNP to launch their next march from here.
Christ Gravesend, can't we all just get along?
Minus 1 rating.

Very well run pub and appealing interior and exterior. Friendly bar staff and good food and beer

The railway bell has been refurbished and now has more of a contemporary feel, than a typical "old man's pub". It looks pretty vibrant and fresh, especially compared to other pubs in the area - I'd say this has the best interior design/style.

During the days it's nice for a quiet drink. It usually has DJs on holidays (around christmas and new years), but otherwise you can put the jukebox on. They also play music on the tv for background music, and have Sky sports so you can watch football, rugby, cricket, etc.

It's nice to take a partner there sometimes - you don't get much trouble there, but it's good to go in a group too. There's a nice garden/smoking area outside.

Cant b more helpful with the address. sorry.
Its a small vibrant pub espically on saturday nights. they hav discos and live bands so not a place for a quiet drink.
There is a good selection of beer and alchopops. whiskey and other stronger drinks are available. the prices are moderate
