Student pub - that's what it's aimed at and that's what it seems to do well. We're not too far removed from being students so we quite enjoyed it. Drinks selection mainly based around the bottled continental and weird cider end of the market but not to be sniffed at. It started to get busy on Saturday night but I used to frequent scream bars in Newcastle as a student, and in comparison this was a morgue...in a good way. Will go back when next in Lincoln probably.

Aimed at students but really nice, good for the football or just lazing about, the club upstairs IS the only indie night around and they do it very well. Floor gets overly sticky though.

a fairly regular joint with good sofas although often too busy to enjoy them. good football coverage on sky and excellent food - the cheesy chip bap is especially good value. all in all, a good bar with a good club upstairs.

a really good student pub with a club upstairs, staff are really friendly. very good drinks and food prices even better with a yellow card. a good pub to watch the sport as they have a big screen and lots of televisions so you can garantee to see what is going on. they also have a small beer garden which looks out on to the river
