Disgraceful don't book an event there they let you down at the last minute, and it's the kind of pub where customers beat up staff and let back into drink the next day nasty place and alot of has beens and wanna be's

This is a sports orientated pub with Sky and Setanta, plenty of plasma screens, football paraphernalia on the walls and a pool table. I found the barmaid to be nice enough, but there is no real ale with only a standard selection of draught being available.

The front of the pub is adorned with Greene King signs and there is a small makeshift smoking area at the rear with a few seats and a tatty old sofa.

I cant see myself ever going back to a pub that would put a test your strength boxing machine in front of a perfectly good dartboard.

obviously the bad comments are from woman whos men would rather be in the pub than at home with them, the edge is for the inbetweeners you know when your to old to go clubbing all the time and not so old where you cant have a good time.bar staff always friendly phil and jane are always polite and welcoming,i like it there its your average local pub not packed not empty sometimes quiet sometimes mad what more do you want

local dive, seedy, lots of sports, old men and the under aged is the norm. If you like Masons Arms, this is the same...

the pub is a complete joke you have a load of old men that so sad they have nothing better to do with their lives, rather than sit in there. It rele is a complete joke, all the girls are quick to open theirs legs to any one or thing, thinking it make them great!!
If you go or even work in there then cant you see how crap ur life is, or maybe ur all too drugged up to relise!!! so yh its brilliant in there, if ur about to die

I LOVE IT THERE VERY FRIENDLY PLACE AND THERES ALWAYS SOMEONE IN THERE TO TALK TO,UNLESS YOUR LIKE THE LAST FEW PEOPLE WHO HAVE MADE COMMENTS ABOUT IT THEY MUST BE VERY UNSOCIABLE AS THERE ARE ALL TYPES WHO DRINK THERE AND WHO YOU COULD GET ON WITH.THE LANDLORD PHIL AND FAMILY VERY WELL LIKED WHICH MAKES IT PLEASANT TO BRING YOUR FAMILY.

Good place for a LATE drink if your in the clique. Otherwise, it's dirty, and full of the people you want to stay clear of at night. You should see what some of the women in there wear. What do nthey look like.

Recent refurb - think they have just had the carpets cleaned and surgically removed the nicotine from the walls. This pub is terrible - full of people you never see in daylight. Really bizarre

Been refurbished lately and looking much better. Locals and staff very chatty. Most of staff are great, really cheerful especially on a Monday night.

A travesty of the word pub, popped in after a posh curry next door to be greeted by a bunch of oaves wearing hooped shirts ( believe they're called Celtic supporters). Music entertainment consisted of old Provo songs-great. Gives a bad name to all so-called Irish pubs. I agrre with a fellow poster-close it down and if you must follow Celtic-go to Glasgow.
