This pub closed a couple of years ago and is being converted to private housing. Very sad as it used to be my local. It never recovered from the manslaughter incident.

Pub closed in 2010 and as of 18th August 2013 had been partially demolished.

Last time I was past this place (2010) it was closed and had been so for some time. Sadly, therefore, another one appears to have bitten the dust.

Although the lights outside the building were on, the carpark was securely fenced off, and the windows boarded up, at lunchtime today.
